announced today Ms. Tammy Leurquin has been named Director of IT. Ms. Leurquin’s principal goal is
to develop and manage the MatchBack Systems application portfolios. She oversees the technology
strategy, planning and operations of MatchBack Systems technology. Ms. Leurquin also manages all
customer deployments to the MatchBack Systems’ Software as a Service (SaaS); each deployment is
configurable to the customer’s business rules, to ensure the automated process nets the customer the
best solutions possible.
“Tammy brings a broad IT, process and logistics background to MatchBack Systems. In her career, she
has extensive experience in managing complex processes and has led logistics launches around the
world. I am fortunate to have seen much of her genius first hand and look forward to witnessing it

are driving street-turns mainstream and working with big data. It is Tammy’s technical leadership,
energy and expertise that will create this backbone for MatchBack Systems.”

Prior to joining MatchBack Systems, Leurquin successfully led program and system development for
companies such as Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Schneider National and Rockwell Automation.
Leurquin holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee, WI.
She has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
