MatchBack Systems, Inc. (www.matchbacksystems.com) today
announced Todd Ericksrud has been named President and CEO of the Company. With more than 25
years of transportation and logistics industry experience, Ericksrud spent the last ten years focused on
the synchronization of international and domestic transportation. He has implemented and managed
solutions across North America and Europe that have increased global supply chain reliability and
supply chain velocity and reduced total landed cost.
At MatchBack Systems, Ericksrud’s attention is on the delivery of a paradigm shift in the global supply
chain through the automation of street-turns. Ericksrud is working with industry leaders in both North
America and Europe to design, develop and deploy an innovative global Software as a Service (SaaS)
solution to collaborate with street-turn stakeholders to eliminate waste in the supply chain and reduce
emissions. MatchBack Systems has automated a historically manual process, created a neutral
industry platform with ways to engage the customers’ ecosystem that has never been done before in
 this industry.
“I am fascinated with the complexity inherent in the domestic portion of global supply chains,” said
Ericksrud. “MatchBack Systems is focused on this underserved market with a neutral collaboration
platform to create street-turns, a real supply chain win. We have automated and simplified the streetturn
decision process to improve equipment and resource utilization, reduce supply chain costs and
provide a sustainable, green solution for our customers. Although we are currently focused on
delivering solutions to customers in North America and Europe, MatchBack Systems global solution is
scalable to any geography or big supply chain looking to optimize their transportation spend.”
Prior to launching MatchBack Systems, Ericksrud was VP Inland Logistics Management and GM
Schneider Logistics Transportation with Schneider National. During his career he had a succession of
roles with increased responsibility in operations, commercial, provider management, customer service
and account management in US, Mexico, Europe and China.
